Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using victoriousolympus.com or purchasing any products from us. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

ABOUT US

The Site is operated by Victorious Olympus, a United Kingdom-based retailer of combat sports apparel and accessories.

WHO MAY USE THE SITE

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.

PRODUCTS

1.1 We take care to display our products accurately. However, colours may vary slightly depending on your screen, and minor variations may occur between the images shown and the product delivered.

1.2 All products are subject to availability. We may withdraw or amend any product at any time without liability, provided this does not affect orders we have already accepted.

1.3 Size guides are provided for assistance only. If you are unsure about sizing, contact us before ordering.

ORDERS AND CONTRACT FORMATION

2.1 Your order is an offer to buy. After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email; this acknowledges your order but does not constitute acceptance.

2.2 A legally binding contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation email for the products ordered.

2.3 We may refuse or cancel an order at our reasonable discretion, including where a product is unavailable, where we identify a pricing or product description error, where payment cannot be authorised, or where we suspect fraud. If we cancel after payment, you will receive a full refund to the same payment method, excluding gift cards, which will be refunded as a new gift card or voucher to be used at www.victoriousolympus.com.

PRICES AND PAYMENT

3.1 All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and are shown before you complete your purchase.

3.2 Orders of £75 or more (after discounts, excluding shipping) qualify for free standard UK delivery, applied automatically at checkout.

3.3 We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and other payment methods available in the store. The payment will be processed securely via Shopify checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order.

3.4 In the event of an obvious pricing error, we are not obliged to supply products at the incorrect price. We will contact you to reconfirm or cancel the order.

3.5 Discount codes cannot be combined unless stated otherwise, have no cash value, and may be withdrawn at any time.

DELIVERY

4.1 Delivery estimates are set out in our Shipping Policy. Estimates run from dispatch and are not guaranteed; however, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, we will deliver within 30 days of your order unless otherwise agreed with you.

4.2 Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the recipient's responsibility.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND CANCELLATION

5.1 Our Returns Policy allows you to return or exchange unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Full details, including exceptions, are set out in our Returns Policy.

5.2 As a UK consumer you additionally have a statutory right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it and a further 14 days to return the goods.

5.3 If a product is faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose, you have remedies under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including the right to reject faulty goods for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. These rights are not affected by anything in these Terms.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

6.1 All content on the Site — including the Victorious Olympus name, logos, product designs, images, text, and graphics — is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws.

6.2 You may view and print content for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit any content without our prior written consent.

USER CONTENT AND REVIEWS

7.1 If you submit reviews, photos, or other content to the Site or tag us on social media, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with our business.

7.2 You must not submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, misleading, or that infringes anyone else's rights. We may remove any content at our discretion.

ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by introducing malicious code, attempting unauthorised access, scraping data, placing fraudulent orders, or using the Site for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms.

OUR LIABILITY

8.1 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

8.2 Subject to 8.1, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable to both parties when the contract was formed, losses not caused by our breach, or business losses (we supply products for private, non-commercial use only).

8.3 Subject to 8.1, our total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the price paid for the products in that order.

8.4 Combat sports involve inherent risk. Our products are apparel and accessories and are not protective equipment unless expressly described as such. You are responsible for training safely and using appropriate protective gear.

EVENTS BEYOND OUR CONTROL

We are not responsible for delay or failure to perform caused by events outside our reasonable control, including carrier disruption, strikes, extreme weather, or acts of government. We will take reasonable steps to minimise any delay, and if a substantial delay occurs, you may cancel affected orders for a full refund.

PRIVACY

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on the Site, and applicable UK data protection law, including the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force when you place your order applies to that order. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when these Terms were most recently revised.

GENERAL

9.1 If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions continue in full force.

9.2 A failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it.

9.3 These Terms are between you and us; no third party has rights to enforce them.

9.4 We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to another organisation; your rights will not be affected.

GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES

10.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You may bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales; if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.

10.2 If you have a complaint, please contact us first at victoriousolympus@gmail.com we aim to resolve issues within one business day. Nothing in this clause prevents you from using alternative dispute resolution where available.
